Industry SWOT:
This highly interactive session led by FNMA’s Sr. Relationship Director, Jon Hodge, will encourage participants to discuss the current state of the mortgage industry and brainstorm ideas for the long-term sustainability of our business. Come prepared to get creative with your fellow mortgage professionals!

This interactive panel will focus on best practices for determining work flow and processes, determining performance metrics and high-level operations and compliance related topics.  We will be focusing on Q&A from the audience so come with lots of questions to ask this group of seasoned experts!  All of our speakers are actively engaged in day to day business and are able to speak to successful business tactics that can be implemented to drive efficiency and profitability in all areas of the lending process.
