A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 17, 2020. A $100 administration fee per registration will be assessed if written cancellation is received after January 17, 2020 and on or before January 27, 2020. No refund will be made for cancellations after January 27, 2020. Advanced secondary guarantees necessitate this policy.
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute - requests should be made in writing before January 17, 2020. Request made after January 17, 2020 will be assessed a $100 processing fee.
Note: The cancellation policy also includes exhibitor and sponsorship complimentary attendees.
