Certified Mortgage Leader Program

TMBA’s Certified Mortgage Leader course has been developed by TMBA industry leaders with the goal of expanding your mortgage skill set and broadening your professional horizon as a leader in the Texas mortgage industry.   Initially developed in partnership with the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas Dallas to hone your skills as a mortgage industry leader, the curriculum has expanded to include legislative advocacy, board governance, and a detailed look at all aspects of mortgage industry management with an emphasis this year on managing financials. With over 40 graduates in the past two years this class is making an impact in Texas.   Whether you already have a corner office or are looking to move into one, this program can give you the skills needed to move forward.
