CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received on or before January 16th, 2023. A $50 administration fee per registration will be assessed if written cancellation is received after January 16, 2023. No refund will be made for cancellations after January 27, 2023.
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute - requests should be made in writing before January 27, 2023. Request made after January 27, 2023 will be assessed a $50 processing fee.

Ms. Nicole Haba joined Guaranty Bank & Trust as Warehouse Operations Manager in October 2018. Nicole has over 20 years of mortgage experience and has been integral to the growth and development of well-established warehouse and start-up programs. She manages the daily warehouse operations at Guaranty Bank & Trust. Nicole has performed in every departmental role, from credit review to settlements, but her true passion lies in leadership, as she enjoys building relationships that foster leadership in others.
Kristina Stewart, CML
SVP, Correspondent Lending Operations, AmeriHome Correspondent
Kristina Stewart is an SVP of Correspondent Lending Operations at AmeriHome Mortgage and has been an integral part in the buildout of the company’s second site in Dallas, TX. Her primary responsibilities are to oversee and coordinate all aspects of the operation teams, from product and people to customers and strategic initiatives. In the last 18 years Kristina’s industry experience span across retail, fulfillment and correspondent operations where she was able to be a part of both the organizational growth as well as develop her team in ways beneficial to the industry. Being in the industry since 2004, Kristina was able to successfully navigate through many layers of industry and organizational adversity. Currently Kristina serves on the FWMBA board as well as several local committees and is a valued expert on round table discussions. She is an MBA Future Leader and TMBA’s Certified Mortgage Leader graduate and is currently working on her CMB designation.
Amy White
Strategic Partnership, Product and Policy Manager, Coaching and Mentoring
For the last 32 years Amy has been in financial services working numerous roles where she led teams and held numerous leadership roles, including mentoring and internship programs. Most recently Amy was with American Bank of Commerce where she was SVP of Secondary Marketing but prior to that she was at Texas Capital Bank as a Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Support and led initiatives associated with product development and communication as well as managed relationships with all their investors. Previously, Amy was a Senior Account Manager with Fannie Mae where she led a team that managed over $18B in production. Amy is a Board Member of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association and has been involved in numerous roles with TMBA since 2001. Amy received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from The University of Incarnate Word. She was raised in San Antonio and has lived in Dallas since 1998.
