Strategy, Planning, Timing. These are the key components of a successful game of chess... They are also key components of successful mortgage banking. We operate in a volatile yet resilient environment. Strategy guides us. As we work every day to conduct our business in the most efficient and effective manner, strategy dictates the path towards our destination. This year’s conference is filled with opportunities to refine or develop new strategies. As strategy marks our path, planning is the beacon that keeps us on course. Effective planning provides us with the steps required to approach our goal. What are your steps? Where are your obstacles? How have you developed your plan? Timing defines the pace needed to reach our goals safely. The right pace provides enough flexibility to alter course in a changing environment without missing the ultimate destination. Is your timing matched to your strategic plan? It’s Our Move! Join us as we work together to ensure the success of our industry. Don’t miss the opportunity of the year! See you in Dallas on November 16 and 17... It’s about time... Sincerely, Mark Raskin, |
