The Texas Mortgage Bankers Association is taking a significantly large role in working with our regulators and all mortgage lenders to ensure the continued strength of our residential real estate markets. We plan to assume the lead in providing lenders with their pre-licensing and continuing education requirements under the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act signed into law this year.
