CANCELLATION POLICY | A full refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received on or before October 14, 2022. A $50 administration fee per registration will be assessed if written cancellation is received after October 14, 2022, and on or before October 28, 2022. No refund will be made for cancellations after October 28, 2022. Advanced event guarantees necessitate this policy. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute - requests should be made in writing before October 28, 2022. Request made after October 28, 2022, will be assessed a $50processing fee.
*Note: The cancellation policy also includes sponsorship complimentary attendees.
